Vegas Baby

I'm heading down to Vegas this weekend. Should be pretty cool to be there during March Madness! Sadly I'll be on a plane during the Gator game tomorrow. Grr. They'd better come through so I can watch them on Sunday. Got that Billy Donovan?

On a related note, anyone got any fool-proof gambling schemes to share? I seriously suck at gambling, so when I say fool-proof I mean fool-proof.

Play tight on $1/2 no-limit tables. You'll end up in the black after a couple hours. Them guys will call anything...

Well, if you have dum luck like Matt's mom, apparently you can walk into the Golden Nugget with $40.00 and come out with $400.75. Hope you have dum luck! :)

Ya.. don't bet. Spend the money seeing Penn & Teller instead.

Penn says: "yes this town is founded firmly on the shoulders of bad math. You give me 100 dollars and I'll give you 98 back. We'll do this all night til you're broke. Bad Math!"

I actually won some money this time :-) Apparently I'm good at sports betting, finally all those couch potato hours pay off.

My big win was taking the Gators -5.5 points against Villanova. It paid ~3:1 odds.

One of the guys I was with put $100 on George Mason to win. Can't believe they pulled that game off for him!
