Norway? Sweden?

I'm thinking about going to Norway and/or Sweden this summer. Anyone ever been? Any recommendations on things to see, places to stay, etc.?

Hmm...no comments. I see how it is. It's looking like we'll probably hit Stockholm for 4 or 5 days and then catch a train over to Oslo. Still working on the details though.
