Radiohead on SNL

Have you guys ever heard of this little indie band called Radiohead? They are totally rad. You should totally check them out some time.

Seriously though, Thom Yorke & Co.'s performance on Saturday Night Live a couple o' years ago still gets my vote for best live musical performance I've ever seen on a TV show. This performance of 'The National Anthem" just rips. "Idioteque" is jaw-dropping as well. I wonder if Thom Yorke is really from this planet or if perhaps he's just a clever alien in disguise...

Thom Yorke IS an alien.

He is from an alien planet known as England.

Some interesting facts about England:

1) England was first discovered by pioneering American sailor Bruce Willis in 1922

2) Willis had insisted that the earth was oval-shaped, to the consternation of his colleagues, who thought that the earth was rhombus-shaped

3) Thom Yorke rose out of the soil carrying a diamond axe, and did battle with Willis in order to maintain "England" as a territory set aside for artists, and forbidden to sailors

4) This battle is still taking place

5) your prayers are needed
