Fainting Goats
This is probably old news, but it's new to me...and it's hilarious. Looks like it's legit too.

"Before you know it as the years go by, you're just like other people you have seen, with all those peculiar human ailments. Just another vehicle for temper and vanity and rashness and all the rest. Who wants it? Who needs it? These things occupy the place where a man's soul should be." -- Henderson the Rain King

LOL.. My SIL raises them.. and yes they do look pretty cute when they "faint" but they don't really faint, it's a stiffening of the muscles due to a chemical in the brain.. but it looks like they are running and then just flip over.. stay there for a few minutes get up like .. hey what happened?
She does goat stuff on t-shirts and things.. and made a cute Christmas card with a fainter on it's back holding up a package- I didn't believe it either until I visited her and saw them myself..
Pretty cute huh?

Theyhave associations for these cute critters.. Like they are registered like fancy dogs and that. Some of them cost anywhere between $200 and $800 each..
Well I just thought it was funny to see someone not be sure if they were real or not. I get google alerts on goats so anything that is posted to google I get it mailed to me- thinking of getting some myself someday
Have a great one.
